What can MINExpo International 2021 attendees expect to find Sept. 13-15 from McLanahan Corp.?

The company plans to focus on its complete range of solutions for the mining industry, as well as grow awareness of its complete range of end-to-end solutions that it provides to a number of industries.

McLanahan says its booth will feature displays of its crushing, screening, scrubbing, tailings management, sampling and feeding lines, as well as specially engineered crushing segments and metallurgies. McLanahan experts will be on hand to visit with customers regarding machine monitoring – a feature that gives customers the ability to better understand their wear usage and predictive maintenance planning to improve the life and productivity of their operation.

Additionally, McLanahan will introduce its recently launched mineral sizer. This latest heavy-duty design can accept product-sized lumps up to 48 in., and it features an adjustable breaker bar to further reduce the product size and handle sticky clays from ore feeds. Ease of maintenance was key to the new design, McLanahan says, featuring a rollout option from the field stream and a hydraulically lowered breaker bar that allows for unrestricted access for safe, efficient maintenance.

With a focus on minimal downtime, McLanahan says the mineral sizer has several key replaceable components that can easily and safely be accessed for maintenance and replacement to limit downtime.

Since the last MINExpo, McLanahan introduced a line of elevated tank thickeners that were sold and installed into the gold and nickel sectors of the mining industry. This thickener line joins McLanahan’s filter presses, hydrocyclones, Hydrosizers and slurry pumps in an effort to recover fines while reducing the industry’s need for tailings dams. McLanahan says the expansion of its tailings and water management product lines reiterates the company’s dedication to sustainability.

McLanahan will exhibit in the North Hall (Booth #1921) of the Las Vegas Convention Center during MINExpo.
