Vertical type liquid slurry pump is a vertical single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump structure.The pump body is submerged in the delivered liquid, so there is no need to start with water and the suction problem is solved.There is no seal and no bearing under the liquid part, which overcomes the disadvantages of the old type of seal under the liquid pump, short service life of the bearing and large maintenance workload.The impeller is a semi-open impeller with a stirring blade at the extension of the suction side of the impeller.The front and rear cover plates of the impeller are equipped with vanes to reduce leakage, balance axial force, and improve the service life and operation reliability of the pump.The pump inlet is immersed in liquid, the outlet is tangential vertical upward, and the pump rotates clockwise from the transmission end.The bearing body parts are lubricated with grease, and the amount of oil is within the range of 1/2 to 2/3 of the space volume of the bearing chamber. The bearing is installed in the closed bearing chamber, and the bearing outdoor is sealed with oil seal, so as to prevent dust from entering the bearing chamber and extend the life of the bearing.
