 Functional requirements: test of hydraulic pump (open, closed, double open pump), motor (high speed) , and auxiliary test of hydraulic cylinder and valve. 
II. , Test Items:
 
1, displacement test: no-load pressure, discharge measurement.
 
2, volume efficiency test: the volume measurement efficiency under rated operating conditions,
 
3, power test:  start power, rated power, overload power.
 
4, overload test: maximum displacement  of hydraulic pump or motor (high speed), nominal speed, rated pressure of 110% or the maximum pressure of running for 1 minutes or less.
 
5, torque test: input torque of hydraulic pump, shaft end torque of hydraulic motor (reverse test)
 
6, external leakage test: in the above test, check the leakage. of the sealing parts.
 
7, Auxiliary test for hydraulic valve and hydraulic cylinder, etc..

2, speed mode: frequency control 0-3000r/min.
 
3, loading mode: computer proportional relief valve double-way loading 40MPa. Able to test duplex pump.

The maximum flow rate of low-pressure auxiliary system <= 330L/min 5,
