1). Trommel Screen
Working Principle:
| Material feed into the hopper by excavator,high pressure water released and wash the mineral,then,mineral by forward into the drum.It is lifted up by the rotation and aerated as it fall back down.This finer material passes through the screen openings while the large material tumbles towards its eventually exit at the real of the drum.After that,the final mineral and water go through the sluice bow which is consist with gold grass mat.The no use mineral are washed out and the gold are catched by the gold grass mat. Gelin Drum Washing Machine, which is also named Drum Washing Machine, is the most advanced ore washing equipment at present in China. It is able to de-slime of the sand and stone, the drum inside is equipped with single or double layer round screen which can get 2 to 3 different size of sand stone products.

It is a mineral washing machine, designed to break up alluvial, gravels, clays and sand. It can accept material up to 230mm.
It is able to de-slime of the sand and stone, the drum inside is equipped with single or doublelayer round screen can get 2 to 3 different size of sand stone products, To which is applied pre-concentration of the materials contain mud, to promote the beneficiation index in the later steps and it is widely used to the washing of manganese, iron, limestone, tungstenore, silica and so on. The slurry material feeds into the drum where it is vigorously scrubbed, the soil matrix is broken up and the target mineral is released. The material is then screened through the rotating screen and waste is ejected. The screened material is then passed on to the concentrating modules for upgrading.

Our factory produce both sawtooth way jig and hydraulic radial jig, we produce different size jigs for different process capacity from 1 ton per hour to 300 tons per hour per set.

4). Traditional Sawtooth Wave Jig
| Jig separator belongs to gravity-based equipments, which can separate mineral based on differing of specific gravity. Saw-tooth wave jig is mainly consist of three parts: Main frame, driving set and jigging chamber. The device is suitable for sorting ferrous and nonferrous metals, chemicals, construction and metallurgical aspects of experimental research. |
Working Principle Of Jig Machine
| Jigs a kind of energy saving gravity equipment development and improved on the basis of traditional jigs according to the the oretic layering law of jig beds. Their jigging pulsation curves take the shape of sawtooth waveform which gets the ascending water to travel more rapidly than the descending water. The ascending time is short while the descending time is long. The problem that the ascending descending water flow and action time produced by sine wave and pulsation wave are the same is solved. The looseness of bed is strengthened and suction function is alleviated so that the heavy ore grains in the minerals are able to precipitate fully and the sorting ratio ability and recovery rate of equipment are largely improved. |

5). Hydraulic Radial Jig
Descriptions
Hydraulic radial jig has been widely used as roughing separation equipment to select ore such as alluvial gold, tin, diamond, tungsten, manganese and hematite.
Hydraulic radial jig is developed from circular jig. It's composed of two parts: drive and tank. The drive is mechanical hydraulic type, the power is provided by motor through the transmission mechanism let the output shaft of the gear reducer drives the cam rotation, the cam pushes the piston of each master cylinder make periodic reciprocating motion, which converts electrical energy into mechanical energy and then into hydraulic energy. Through hydraulic pipes and all kinds of valves let the moving cylinder drives the cone of jig up and down fluctuation.
Hydraulic radial jig adopts electromagnetic speed regulating asynchronous motor to realize the frequency adjustment, it's a step-less adjustment and the adjustable range of jig frequency is 0-90 times per minute.
Hydraulic radial jig has many advantages compared with the various jig machines: Big jigging area, big capacity; because the jig tank is fan-shaped, it is advantageous to recover fine particle materials; Compact structure, central feeding and small distribution space, suitable for use on dredger; Because of the hydraulic drive, the transmission mechanism is simplified and saving power. The total power of the same process capacity is only 11.6 Kw, saving about 55% power than the conventional jig machine in the same concentration area. The pulsation curve is approximation saw-tooth curve, not only conducive to recover fine heavy minerals, also saving a large number of make-up water, the make-up water is about a quarter of the ordinary jig.

6). Gravity centrifugal concentrator
Descriptions:
| The Gold Concentration Separator is a new type of gravity concentration equipment for concentrating gold and other high density minerals. The centrifugal concentrator gets many competitive advantages compared with other concentration machines which create high returns for the investors. The Gold Concentration Separator, which is also called centrifugal concentrator is usually used for roughing separation during the gold separation flowchart to recover most of the useful minerals and get rid of most of the barren rocks. |
Application:
| STLB Gold Concentration Separator is kind centrifugal concentration equipment. It can be used not only for placer gold mining, but also for hard rock mining to recover the natural gold, replacing amalgamation. It is also used to recover gold from the old tailings. |
| Since 1985, three models of Gold Concentration Separator have been developed. Application shows that the recovery can be as high as 99%, especially for the case in recovering the natural gold in lode ore with 65% of the ore having a milling size of-0.074mm, the recovery for the natural gold is expected up to 98%. For that natural gold of 0.004mm in particle size, the recovery is 97%. The cleaning up cycle is 1~4 hours. And the upgrade ratio is up to 1,000 times. |
