♣ Centrifugal Horizontal Froth Pump Overview  :                        

Our company have both vertical type froth pump and horizontal type froth pump.

The vertical froth pump now used internationally has the following problems: Low efficiency,weak handling effect,
high running cost, inconvenient repair. Aiming at the present situation our company has designed the new horizontal
froth pump equipped with innovative inducer blade impeller and oversized inlet. According to customer's feedbacks,
it can successfully handle high concentration and high capacity ratio froth slurry, without any vibration when delivering
slurries at different flow rates and viscosities. 

 

 ♣ Centrifugal Froth Pump Details  :                                       

1. Improved on base of the existing horizontal slurry pumps, standard mounting dimensions and flange center lines;

2. Wet parts material: Interchangeable anti-abrasive high chrome metal and natural rubber;

3. Inducer blade impeller for positive froth feed;

4. Enlarged high efficiency throatbush to maximize the inlet size and reduce NPSH Required;

5. Oil and grease lubricated bearing assemblies are available for various working conditions. 

6. Drive types: Direct coupling drive, V-belt drive.
